The Autumn Edit

Autumn has officially begun, the mornings are cold and the evenings are dark. My hats, scarfs, coats and thick jumpers have all made an appearance. I have also started to wear berry and dark red on my lips and golden and bronze tones on my lids.

There are some really nice berry toned lipsticks from Rimmel and Revlon. I love my Rimmel Lasting Finish by Kate in 30 but new to my stash are the Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick in Starry Eyed and Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Black Cherry.  Rimmel Starry Eyed is a berry colour, a shade darker than the Kate Moss lipstick in 30. I haven't tried this one yet but if the formula is anything like the others it will be long lasting and moisturising. Revlon Black Cherry is more of a deep wine colour, it looks lovely on the lips and lasted a full day at work including drinking lots of tea and eating lunch! It isn't as moisturising as my Kate Moss 30 lipstick but adding lip balm before applying should tackle this.

I am so excited that I can start wearing my thick scarfs again, they are so comfy and keep me really nice and warm. A new addition to my jumper collection is this white jumper from Miss Selfridge. It has a lovely cowl neck and is so soft and snuggly.
